We highly recommend booking your airport transportation as soon as your flights are confirmed, especially for peak season travel (Christmas, New Year’s, and Spring Break). Booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance ensures availability and the best pricing. While we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests, availability is not guaranteed.

We track all incoming flights, so there’s no need to worry if your flight is delayed. Our driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly. There are no extra charges for flight delays. If your flight is canceled, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your transfer.

In cases of extreme weather causing road closures, we will work with you to reschedule your transfer or find the safest alternative. This is a key reason to choose a reliable transfer service over a rental car. Other options like a public bus from Cranbrook Airport may not offer the same flexibility.
