Please specify the amount of oversized luggage you have when booking so we can ensure the right vehicle is assigned for your trip. There is typically no extra charge for standard ski bags on private transfers.

The Sea-to-Sky Highway (Highway 99) to Whistler is a mountain road where conditions can change quickly. By law, all commercial vehicles must be equipped with winter tires during the ski season (October 1 – April 30). Our drivers are experienced in mountain conditions and prioritize safety above all else. In cases of extreme weather causing road closures, we will communicate with you directly to reschedule or make alternate arrangements.

We recommend booking your transportation as far in advance as possible, especially during peak periods like Christmas, New Year’s, and Spring Break. Booking at least two weeks ahead ensures availability and the best pricing. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.
