We’re a ski transfer company – your gear is our priority! All our vehicles are equipped with ski racks or have sufficient interior space to safely transport your skis and snowboards at no extra charge. Just let us know what you’re bringing when you book your transportation from Kelowna Airport.

For private transfers, we track your flight status. Your driver will adjust your pickup time accordingly, so you don’t need to worry. For shared shuttles, we will do our best to place you on the next available departure. We strongly recommend contacting our dispatch number as soon as you are aware of a significant delay.

Yes. We highly recommend booking your shuttle from Kelowna Airport at least 48 hours in advance, especially during peak season (holidays, weekends). Advance booking guarantees your vehicle and driver will be waiting for you upon arrival. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.

Absolutely. Safety is paramount. We provide complimentary, age-appropriate child and booster seats upon request. Please specify the number and type of seats you need in the “special requests” section of the booking form to ensure they are installed in your vehicle before pickup.

Our fleet is comprised of winter-equipped vehicles (all-wheel drive and/or winter tires), and our professional drivers are experienced in mountain driving conditions. We always prioritize safety and will follow all official road advisories. We build extra time into schedules during storms but will communicate any significant delays with you directly.
