For our private transfers, the luggage capacity is determined by the vehicle. A standard SUV can typically accommodate 4 passengers with 4 suitcases and 2–3 ski/snowboard bags. For larger groups or excess luggage, we recommend booking one of our spacious vans. Please specify your luggage needs during booking.

Wyoming winters are serious. Our drivers are professionals trained for mountain conditions, and our vehicles are equipped with winter tires. We constantly monitor road and weather reports. If a road like the Teton Pass (connecting to Grand Targhee) is closed, we will communicate with you immediately to discuss alternative routes or scheduling. Your safety is our top priority.
