When booking, simply specify the number of ski or snowboard bags you’ll be traveling with. This ensures we assign the right vehicle for a safe and secure fit, making your equipment transport seamless.

We track all incoming flights, so if your flight is delayed, we’ll adjust your pickup time automatically. You don’t need to worry about calling us. In cases of severe weather and road closures, your safety is our top priority. Our dispatch team and professional drivers will communicate with you directly to update you on conditions and reschedule your transportation from Grand Junction Airport if necessary.

We highly recommend booking your transfer as soon as your flight and accommodation are confirmed, especially for travel during peak periods like holidays (Christmas, New Year’s, Presidents’ Day) and weekends. Booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance ensures the best availability and pricing. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.

Yes, safety for our youngest passengers is critical. We offer front-facing and rear-facing child seats, as well as booster seats, for a small additional fee. Please request them during the booking process and specify the age and weight of your child so we can provide the appropriate, properly installed seat.
